About Us:
Zelkova Ventures is a New York based venture capital firm committed to helping talented entrepreneurs build incredible companies. Primarily we invest in early stage companies, many times pre-revenue. In many instances we provide a company's first outside/institutional capital. As former entrepreneurs, we understand the highs and lows of launching a new company and what it takes to succeed. Responsibilities:
Intern will assist with all aspects of the business including industry / sector research, company due diligence, competitive analysis, portfolio company management and office administration.

Requirements:
Undergrad of graduate student located in close proximity to NYC.

Desired Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Undergrad or grad student pursuing a degree in business or economics
- Ability to work during the summer
- Ability to work 10 - 20 hours per week during the school year
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical skills, able to conduct and present research and recommendations
- Attention to details
- Very organized with a creative mind
- Enjoys research and testing different approaches
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
