Job Description & Duties
The NY Senior Associate will be a key member of the NY investment team in sourcing new investments and working our companies. Specific responsibilities include:

• Business & Technical Diligence
• Industry & Market Research
• Competitive Analysis
• Investment Recommendation Development

Qualifications
Candidate should be a self starter with strong analytical, writing, technical and personal skills. The candidate should have experience working with small teams in a high demanding fast paced environment.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or M&A.
• Ability to analyze companies and industries from qualitative and quantitative viewpoint
• An interest and understand of technology and the internet
• Self Starter and quick at learning new industries and business
• Excellent intrapersonal skills
• Inquisitive mindset
• Academic success at a top-rank undergraduate / graduate program
